Oliver Schieb is Managing Director at Comfield and advises companies and institutions on setting up and reorganising compliance management systems (CMS) as well as on addressing compliance incidents and complex internal investigations.

A particular focus of his work lies in compliance monitorships (e.g. US DoJ). This involves monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of CMS on the monitor’s side, or advising companies on the strategic and operational management of monitorship processes. Oliver is a member of the International Association of Independent Corporate Monitors (IAICM), heads its Cross-Atlantic Cooperation Committee and serves as Special Advisor to the Board. He is also co-head of the compliance management systems working group at the German Institute for Compliance (DICO).

Oliver holds a degree in industrial engineering and earned his MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands).
