Alexander Jüngling advises companies on issues around corporate governance, ethical management and compliance, as well as board and director liability.

Through his many years of experience as an advisor in a leading management consultancy firm and US law firm, and as Chief Compliance Officer and Data Privacy Officer in two international corporations, Alexander has especially wide-ranging experience in advising executive boards and in the design and implementation of internal risk analyses, guidelines and policies, organisations and processes. He also has comprehensive knowledge and skills around internal and external national and international investigations of all sizes and involving an enormous range of issues, as well as around representing companies before authorities (including with regard to US monitorships).

Alexander is active in a number of chief compliance officer forums, was for many years deputy head of the compliance group within the German Association of In-house Lawyers (BUJ), and is a founding member of the German Institute for Compliance (DICO). He is a lecturer at the Free University of Berlin, a sought-after speaker and publishes on various compliance topics.
